David Pierce – Mandolin, Vocals

David picked up the mandolin at age 17. While in college, he spent a lot of time hanging out with local musicians Eric Lewis, Andy Ratliff, and members of Fatback Jubilee and the River Bluff Clan.

From 1999 through 2003, he went on the bluegrass festival circuit with the legendary Tennessee Gentlemen. 

David was recently nominated for a Premier Player's Award by the Memphis Chapter of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences.
